Who We Are

Nina & Proud combines two powerful concepts. “Nina,” from the Quechua language, means fire, symbolizing strength and dynamism. “Proud” reflects the deep pride that entrepreneurial women carry on their journey to success.

Our Mission

As Ecuadorians, we have witnessed the global demand for products like roses, coffee, chocolate, and bananas. This inspires us to support the farmers and producers behind them, who work with high standards and eco-friendly practices.

At N&P Foundation (https://npfound.org)we promote sustainable agricultural development in Ecuador by training small and medium producers in responsible input use, new technologies, and sustainable business models, boosting productivity, innovation, and environmental care in rural communities.
